The videos files from the PC port were identical to the Xbox 360 version of the game. 720p and suffer from heavy compression. These in this mod are directly ripped from the newer PlayStation 4 port. They are in 1080p by default, and have much better compression.
These are NOT AI upscaled. There is already an upscale pack (made from lower quality PC video files), and this here is simply to cater to those that do not like the AI upscale look. Myself included.
I did originally interpolate the frame rate to 60fps with Flowframes, but this results in subtitles and credits moving at double speed. In the end, I chose to keep the two intro videos at their default 30fps, whilst the short virus intro title sequence is interpolated to 60fps as there is no overlaying text present, and this removes the sudden switch from 30 to 60 when reaching the menus directly after.
Place the 'movie' folder into 'nativePC_MT' overriding when prompted.
