Roll back the Feburary 2023 Steam update of Resident Evil 5 to either the March 2015 update, or the last GFWL version provided by Steam.
Each archive includes the following files:
Extract the archive into your game's installation directory and either run the batch script, or manually apply the DIFF patch with the program of your choice.
