This mod aims to replace most of Resident Evil 5’s iconic characters with their original PSX-era counterparts, faithfully restoring their classic look. Additionally, a few special guests will join the roster.
Changing in the same way, some enemies, mini bosses, and the final boss. Although I unfortunately couldn't change all the enemies completely, I'm satisfied with the result.

(I recommend watching the presentation video to know more clearly what the mod contains)
This mod contains:
- Replaces the vast majority of playable character models with their Psx versions.
- Replaces some enemies, mini bosses with classic models.
- Most cinematics have been changed to feature said models in them.

- To install this mod, you need the fluffyquack which works as modmanager.
- Place the RESIDENT EVIL 5 CLASSIC EDITION folder in the following location inside fluffyquack: 📁 Games\RE5\Mods.
- Inside fluffyquack, activate the mod in the multiple section. And then launch the game.

I highly recommend removing the game filter. If you already know how to do it, skip this step. To remove it we need RE5GEUltimateTrainer (available here on Nexus) which is a program that serves us for many things, including: Removing the filter.
- Open RE5GEUltimateTrainer while the game is running (To exit to Windows with the game open, use Alt+Tab)
- Go to Settings in RE5GEUltimateTrainer and check the No Color Filter box, along with the two options below, And Cutscenes, And HD Shadows. In the Misc 3 section

This section is to resolve any possible doubts.
1) Why didn't you modify the majini too?
R: That was my plan, but unfortunately its mod mode is a bit confusing, so I can't modify it normally.
2) Will you continue updating?
R: Yes! I still have a few characters to modify, but I'm out of options Jajaja If anyone has an idea for a new playable character, feel free to say so, but it has to be a Psx style model.
3) Why do some cinematics not show models?
R: I have not been able to change some cinematics because they have problems when exporting, or others do not appear to be modified.
4) Why do some characters have a lot of shine in the cinematics?
R: Apparently this could be due to the fact that these models don't have texture normals to fix that. I tried playing around with options in blender, but nothing seems to work. Also, this only happens in cinematics.

All these models are property of Capcom. And thanks to the people in charge of extracting the models.
