This is Japanese voice pack for English Steam version of the game. This is is similar to my RE0 mod but for Resident Evil Biohard HD Remaster.
Important - this voice pack provided as it because I tested 99.99% of it but due to a lot story forks in game, depends on player choice I might still miss something and it could be on English. But I hope this not happens and I've covered all. I did it few years ago and now don't have PS3 files for conversion missing Japanese files. If you encounter such an issue please post info about it here, may be I'll try to fix it, but can't guarantee it absolutely.
Installation - unpack rar archive files to somewhere and replace original Steam files according structure of files and folders names. The game usually present in path like this: C:\Path to your Steam client installation\steamapps\common\Resident Evil Biohazard HD REMASTER. You need replace content of nativePC folder inside of it with mod files. It's easy could be done just coping archive folder to game installation path and answering "Yes to all" for request replace Steam files.
Uninstallation - use Steam feature to verify local files. It will download original files to game back.
