Increase selling price of most treasure items by 50%

This mod was mostly made for those who want to play NG on Village of Shadows difficulty.
Main reason was that Capcom increased money drops from enemies, but all treasures prices remained the same.
As example flying enemies found on castle rooftop drop around 6000 lei or a Crystal Wing which sells only for 2400 lei, at the same time Crystal Torso dropped from Dimitrescu daughters is sold for 5000 lei.
As a special case Crystal Wings now sell for 4000 lei and Crystal Skulls for 2000 lei to be more in line with money drops from respective enemies (so player doesn't feel as bad when getting a drop instead of money), all other treasures have a flat 50% increase from vanilla.
Install with RE Engine Ultimate Mod Manager RE8 or Fluffy Mod Manager.
If using Ultimate Mod Manager after activating the mod is needed to restart the game as changes will not be taken in count in same session.
