NOTE: Thanks to drunkenwoodelf, it has come to my attention that on at least the current version of the game available on GOG (as of 2019-11-20), deactivating achievement notifications in the game's options menu will not only disable the notifications, but also the bonus XP awarded for earning an achievement. Meaning, if those points were your specific gripes with the game's achievement system, you do not need this file. It will still be available, so if your OCD extends to causing you irritation when looking at a partially populated list with hidden achievements, go right ahead. Otherwise, consider this one fewer file that you "need" to download. Disclaimer over.
Risen's achievement system is stupid in a myriad of ways. Disregard it.
Pretty much what it says on the tin. Risen stores its in-game achievement information in a file named "achievements.bin". In the file found here, all 50 achievements have been marked as earned.
Installation:
- Unzip the "achievements.zip" file anywhere
- The contained "achievements.bin" goes into your %LOCALAPPDATA%\Risen\ folder.
