One of the most awaited modifications includes the increase of the population limit to 999,999 and the removal of the nuclear cap by increasing the limit of nukes built to 9999. Economic feature includes the change of buildable farms from 7 to 100 per city.

STORYLINE
Welcome back, commander! You are to lead a patriotic army in the battle to retake the world from the cult elitists known as the New World Order or the World Illuminated Forum (WIF). Our intel revealed that the "Illuminateds" released a deadly pathogen (Stefanos Virus) to usher in their final solution (Great Restart of 2030). That is, the purging of their hated "useless eater" humans in the name of faux climate change and eugenics. Their strategy (Oplan Pharmakeia) is to inoculate every soul with the SerpentVex Toxon serum. This secretive cocktail is laced with programmable Graphien nanogels that contain the payload of Lucisperish enzyme, Ebolla Marburger, and Hydra Vulgaries. Before they can even activate the genocide payload via 5G pulsing, you have a chance to save your country's citizens. You will be given the best military hardware to topple the enemy.
