About this mod
This is a very basic mod that overwrites the export_descr_buildings.txt file to reduce the construction time of all buildings to 1 turn. This is also my first mod so please let me know how well it works for your game.
- Permissions and credits
I edited this file for the steam version of the game but it should work with the disk version as long as the file is named the same. To install extract or drop the file named export_descr_buildings.txt into your RTW data folder. An example of this path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\data . However, the drive may vary and for the disk version I think it is located inside the Creative Assembly folder. Be sure to accept any overwriting prompts.
Once installed, it should reduce the construction times of all buildings to 1. I have tested it mid save and it seems to work but it would probably be best to start a new game. Please let me know if I missed any buildings.
