This is a 100% complete save file.All story missions completed.All activities completed at Gold.Most guns are maxed, but not all.
This save is from the steam version and do not know if it works on other client versions.
I also included the autosave which is not necessary but included anyways.
if you only want the main save just copy the one that does not have auto in the name.
NOTE: Turn steam cloud off for SR4 and then put files in save location, run game, then save manually.
NOTE2: If you want to save to your own cloud, make sure your cloud is off when replacing save, then turn cloud on in game. When you close the game steam will try to upload save to cloud and will ask you what you wanna do, choose replace save in your cloud.
