This is Salt and Sanctuary Editor by Usui v0.7 patched so that it works with 1.0.0.8 on Steam. This version of S&S uses an array of 13 strings for the translations, but the editor was using 7, so it failed to pack and unpack the files. I only updated it to fix this.
