Adds Dragon Ball themed decals from the manga and anime for customizing Vehicles.

This mod came about because I desperately wanted to add Red Ribbon Army decals to the Sand Land vehicles that were blatantly sourced from the original Dragon Ball manga and anime.
Now you can make the Battle Armor look just like Staff Officer Black's battle armor from the Red Ribbon Saga, and make Bulma's original bike from episode 1. The decals were edited to include scratches, aging and wear to make them fit into the game as much as possible.

Emblem Decals
- Red Ribbon Army emblem (replaces a Royal Army 101 decal)
- Red Ribbon Army text emblem white (replaces a Royal Army 102 decal)
- Red Ribbon Army text emblem black (replaces a Royal Army 103 decal)
- House Goku emblem (replaces a Royal Army 104 decal)
- House Piccolo emblem (replaces a Royal Army 105 decal)
Logo Decals
- Capsule Corp logo (replaces a Sand Land manga logo decal)
- Capsule Corp blue text logo (replaces a Sand Land manga logo decal)
- Capsule 9 "Bulma's Bike" logo (replaces a Sand Land manga logo decal)
- Four Star "Grandpa" Dragon Ball symbol (replaces a Sand Land manga logo decal)
- Dragon Ball manga "Dragon" logo (replaces a Sand Land manga logo decal)
Note: I've found the Ribbon Army Logo decal replaces one decal on a particular tank during a story cutscene, swapping a Royal Army 101 decal (belonging to General Are's tank) with a Red Ribbon army logo. At the moment I have no plans to update this mod, but headcanon it as you wish. I've chosen what to replace based on the category and which decals are available to the player from the grand opening of the paint shop.
[How to install]
Put the three files that come out after unzipping into the following folder.
If you do not have a ~mods folder, create one.
