all NPC characters are playable. all have been tested. I also do custom. if you want contact me.

Installation:
use a program called: '' scarface explorer '' to extract all files from the folder cement.rcf
after extracting all files, you play all the extracted files in the scarface folder and delete the Cement.rcf
if you do not delete the cement.rcf the schema will not work.
after download, you will copy all the skins inside the folder to replace the tony montana skins. MCP_ files. every skin of tony, for example ... tony shades, tony bluesuit and etc ...
after finishing everything. it's just in the game to enter the codes of customs of Tony and each suit is a different character. have fun
