Fully restores the missing console exclusive visual effects like additional blood effects over character models and the missing vehicle windshield effects, and also fixes the graphical corruptions and performance issues.
Alternative to Scarface Archive Explorer; Required to extract the .rcf files. After doing that, remove those 4 .rcf files and keep the extracted files of them in place of them.

After a successive dodge\counter, the character will now get a bonus of 12 health-points to compensate for the lost health-points.
Added a distance check for the NPCs, where if their target is far away from them, they will stop spamming their moves, and instead run towards their target.
Removed both the narrator's and the cop radios' quotes for the main character's idle-states, and replaced them with character-based conditional quotes.
Split the idles of main character into 2 nodes - Male \ Female, to give them more authenticity in terms of presentation and realism, based on the character selected.
Tweaked the timings of pain sounds, to prevent any sort of delays.
Made the fall landing animations much more realistic, where the character either will trip down, otherwise, they will simply land properly.

Revamped the entirety of Twitch_Hits to be as realistic as possible, along with recovering the missing quotes for their pain states.
Fixed both the explosion damage / death animations' speed for being too slow, and also fixed the damages' recovery animation sequences, for being jarring.
Missing pain sounds for NPCs + Antonio in all combat situations have been fully restored.
Revamped the entirety of Explosion Death Dismemberments with around 51 variations for all the directions, totaling about 102 variations.
Unused Cop Radio random dispatches and the Narrator's easter egg quotes have been restored for PC's idle animations. It might get changed in the future, so stay tuned.
Restored the unused Falling / Landing Quotes of Tony, along with NPCs too; sadly couldn't do much for those 3 playable henchmen of Tony, as they lack those lines, so I simply re-used their death lines.
Revamped the body part damages of NPCs to use pain sounds.
