This layout transforms the sprawling waterfront property into a finely tuned empire of illicit chemistry, optimized for efficiency and profit. With carefully placed mixing tables, lab ovens, and storage cabinets, your workers—Chemists, Handlers, and Cleaners—will churn out product like never before.

- Worker-friendly design: 6 Chemists, 3 Handlers, and 1 Cleaner (scalable to your playstyle).
- Clean install—replaces the default Docks setup with no overlap issues (just delete the old Docks folder first!).
- Current meth mix in order: Motor Oil, Cuke, Paracetamol, Gasoline, Cuke, Battery, Horse Semen, Mega Bean
- Back up your save (just in case!).
- Delete the old Docks Warehouse folder in C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\TVGS\Schedule I\Saves\YOURID\YOURSAVE\Properties\.
- Drop this mod’s files into the same spot.
- Load your game and watch the profits roll in.
