So this one might be a bit tricky, tho i figured i'd share it anyway.
The file contains the textures and the modell. follow this tutorial for exporting Sekiro using UXM;

For this mod, you'll need alot of programs such as:
Photoshop + DDS plugin, Yabber, FLVR editor and UXM
And then as the video shows, make the files and folders correct using "Yabber" and the "FLVR" editor programs.
The files are a rigged modell with finished textures that need to be asigned in FLVR editor as shown in the video.
Then use Photoshop, export the png as DDS file using a extension, and replace it with "FC_M_0200_Skin_A_a". Then go into FLVR editor and rename the Json as shown in the video. I know this ones complicated, if any know how to extract normal parts folders from this method then feel free to tell me!
