Download Special K tool from: https://steamcommunity.com/app/637650/discussions/0/1697167168518535998/
Extract the contents of Zip (SK_FFXV.7z) to Steam\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider folder (or wherever SOTTR.exe is stored in your case)
Turn off DirectX12 in case in is on
Set textures quality option to "Ultra"
Install the mod 4K diffuse and specular map from Rise of The Tomb Raider by kotn3l from nexus.
Extract mod's archive into Steam\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider folder\SK_Res\inject\textures (Overwrite)
