Fix for auto loader arm quickness bonus

replacement (arm) auto loader cyberarm.item.bytes

Permissions and credits
extract the archive and copy "(arm) auto loader cyberarm.item.bytes" to:

"Shadowrun Hong Kong\SRHK_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks\HongKong\data\items"

and overwrite the old file.

fix is quite simple i replaced a "floatModValue" by "intModValue" in the quickness bonus it should work fine (may need to restart the mission)
