Fixes a glitch by shifting Barbados so that it can be landed on, and adds Bermuda into play at the NE corner of the map. Spanish Guayana added in the SE corner, and French Louisiana in the north.

Fixes a glitch by shifting Barbados so that it can be properly landed on, and adds Bermuda back into play at the northeast corner of the map. I've also added Spanish Guayana in the southeast corner where the Orinoco river discharges, and French Louisiana in the north. At C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Pirates!, place text.ini into the "assets" folder within that Sid Meier's Pirates! folder, and place the rest of the files into the "custom" folder.
