I AM ON PERMANENT HIATUS FROM SIFU MODDING
As things are, the Sifu modding process is just not something I can sustain currently - I'll still try and monitor how the game + modding tools develop in the future but consider all of my projects as currently inactive.

In this mod, you can play as Jacket from Hotline Miami on your quest for revenge! Also included are rusty weapon replacements for almost all standard weapons in the game!
Included Weapons:
- Shovel (replaces bamboo staff)
- Kukri (replaces machete)
- Wrench (replaces metal bat)
- Rusty Axe (replaces pipe)
- Barbed Pole (replaces staff)
- Nail Bat (replaces wooden bat)
Original Models: Payday 2, Resident Evil 5
Model Extraction: rotten-eyed, CaxUchiha
Installation:
- (Optional, just to be safe) Make sure your current save is not between checkpoints / in the Wuguan
- Jacket and the Rusty Weapons pack are available as separate .zip files, download as needed
- The weapons can be mixed & matched with each other with no issues, but not with other weapon mods that replace the same weapon
- Go to your Sifu install folder, Open Sifu/Content/Paks/~mods (if ~mods folder does not exist, create it)
- Unzip the desired .pak and .sig files into the ~mods folder
- Load your save or start a new game and enjoy the mod!
Bugs / Issues / To Do Notes:
- Jacket's legs might have some weird weighting in some extreme poses
- The barbed pole's damaged phase has a missing mesh / wrong material map, will investigate
