Remasters a few Bink 2 videos to 4K and frame interpolated them to 60 FPS before encoding back to Bink 2.8.

SILENT HILL 2 comes with a few pre-render cutscenes rendered at 1080p. Using the appropriate AI models, I have remastered a few of them to 4K, while I did not remaster the rest to retain the visual aesthetics of the videos; otherwise, the AI models would have broken them.
All Pre-Rendered Cutscenes I have touched have been exported back to Bink 2.8, retaining the benefits Bink 2.8 provides.
PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT RE-HOST MY FILES ON A THIRD-PARTY SITE. THIS ONLY AGGRAVATES AND CONVINCE ME FROM WORKING ON REMASTERED FMVs FURTHER, ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS NOT ASKED FOR PERMISSION.

I highly recommend reporting bugs under the `Bugs` tab on this mod page, although I am not always active on Nexus Mods. Alternatively, report any bugs in my Discord Server, which helps me organise and remember known bugs to fix more easily.
I will attempt to fix any known bugs as soon as I can; however, I am very busy with my own life, so delays are expected!

- PLEASE use a reputable third-party download manager like Internet Download Manager [IDM] or JDownloader2. They are much better and more reliable than a browser's download manager. Any posts mentioning corrupted files or anything along those lines will not get any help from me!

- Open the STEAM common folder, which is where your games are located. To do this, go to STEAM, find SILENT HILL 2, right-click on it, and go to Manage → Browse Local Files.
- Back up by one folder / go to the common folder. In File Explorer, you will see the folder in the directory path above, so you can click on where it says “common.”
- You can drag and Drop the SILENT HILL 2 folder from the archive inside the common folder. When asked by Windows, replace files.
