I've always felt baffled by the fact that they used the old game's splash screen for this remake, so I took the matter into my own and and made a new one myself.
This is a simple mod, which just replaces the splash screen with a new one inspired by the remake cover art; I hope you like it!
To install it, just unzip the content of the .rar file inside your Silent Hill 2 root folder, and overwrite when prompted
