Adds Final Fantasy XVI support to Vortex Mod Manager. Note that Reloaded-II Mod Manager is required for some mods and will be automatically installed by this extension.

Adds Final Fantasy XVI support to Vortex Mod Manager.
This extension will automatically install Reloaded-II Mod Manager. It can be run from the Dashboard tab in Vortex.
The extension does not support Symlinks, so the mod staging folder and game folder need to be on the same drive.
Mod Installation Notes:

Epic versions will not be automatically discovered or launch the game properly until I receive some information about the game that is only available after installation.

Mod Installation Notes:
- For upscalers, reshades, and other mods that need to be next to the game executable, please use the "Binaries (Engine Injector)" mod type. This is the default mod installation path.
- Reloaded-II Mod Manager will be automatically downloaded and installed into a "Reloaded" folder inside the game folder.
- Mods for Reloaded (have a "ModConfig.json" file) will be installed in the correct "Reloaded\Mods" folder for the tool to load them.
