Changelogs
Version 1.2.0
Updated the version in the info.json (I'm not sure what it's for).
Did a lot of rewriting for little change but much satisfaction.
Changed installation logic so that re-zipped files are named after the original archive and not the destination. I blame Picky for this. Sorry, Mike, if you're reading this.
Version 1.1.0
Added support for shader packs.
Version 1.0.1
Improved the installer logic to avoid issues in a case I hadn't considered.
To anyone who was tracking me for my Skyrim mods and saw this pop up, I do apologise. It's quite out of left field, I know.
Installation If you have trouble, manually install and drag the file into the box in the extensions tab.
Features This extension probably won't provide better or more comprehensive support for Minecraft than many existing options, but it will:
Install your mods.
Deploy your mods into the correct folders, automatically recognising which ones are resource packs or shader packs.
To manage a mod with Vortex with this extension, drag the .jar or .zip into the field at the bottom of the Downloads tab. If you want to install a mod that is bigger than 2 GB, I'd recommend re-zipping it first, though I've not come across a mod that big before. In the Mods tab of the Settings tab, set the deployment method to Hardlink Deployment.
