note: you can open 2 tabs simultaneously by ctrl+clicking a tab. for instance, the picture is mods tab selected and ctrl+click plugins tab.
this is based upon the burgundy theme by picky, combined with the compact theme by kit (original vortex designer) and a few tweaks to make side-by-side work better.
Open the skin directory of Vortex: %APPDATA%\Vortex\Themes
Extract the .zip into this directory.
Open Vortex and navigate to Settings -> Themes and select Burgundy compact ygg
This is a theme, themes for vortex come in 2 parts: Style.scss and variables.scss. if you like the updated layout but not the colors, then you can clone your current theme and move the style.scss into the folder. if you like the colors but not the style, clone your existing theme and put the variables.scss into the folder but not the style.scss
