This is a tool that simplifies the process of installing BepInEx on WIndows. You will need Microsoft .NET 4.8 Runtime installed to use it.
Simply copy BepInExUnityInstaller.exe into your game's folder beside the file called UnityPlayer.dll (it's also the folder with your game's EXE file) and run BepInExUnityInstaller.exe.
The console will give information on what it is doing.
If the app finds the BepInEx folder, it will prompt you to either press U to uninstall or Y to install overtop of the existing install.
If you don't know how to find your game's folder, you can access it through Steam by right-clicking on the game's name in the library list, Manage -> Browse local files
If you don't trust strange exe files, you can do what this tool does manually by downloading the latest BepInEx zip file from GitHub and unpacking it into your game's root folder. That's literally all it does (that and figuring out which zip file to download).
