To use my custom palettes, you need to install a third party utility called the Palette Editor.

To get the Palette Editor to work, you simply need to install the same version of the retail game that the utility was made for. If you follow this tutorial, but make sure to use the Steam console code "download_depot 245170 245171 4548716071372617557" instead of the one advertised in the video, you will download the correct version of the game.
