I had just completed the theifs guild run through and got the Nightingale.
The texture is ZeroFrosts Nightingale Prime....
Heres a direct link to a higher quality 4.1MB Jpeg of the image with significantly LESS compression applied and more clearer/color is better..etc..

Short of even better texture resolutions exceeding 2048x2048 or 4096x4096 textures...... can't get much higher quality than this.
24x FSAA Super sampling with 16x AF @ 3240x1920, Ultra quality with MAXIMUM quality enhancements applied. NO post effects, no ENB or Injectors or any changes to the lightening effects that the game already comes with.. just plenty of INI changes and tweaks.. and a whole lot of texture packages that i'm still cherry picking from.

thanks... RWT not sure what version.. probably old.. i haven't done any new texture hunting for about 2 weeks...... might do that later
Well i don't care what anyone has for specs... i've ran some of the most powerful hardware available today... and even with sli/crossfire quaded or whatever...... you cannot run the game at this resolution with 24XFSAA super sampled with anything more than 1 or 2 fps..
While i can sustain a fairly good framerate with 2 or 4x super sampled provided i have enough vram...
