I was workin on that a little. BU is texture driven, and I went the mesh route. I made four versions of varying levels of damage. I may take another crack at that after I am happy with it as just an armor.
It is definitely a great idea and you did a great job with the meshes! But it would need a little bit of improvement on the textures of the metal and also on the skin because it seems a little too sharp and blocky on the edges... But definitely a great job so far and keep up the good work!
Thank you. The blocky skin edges was intentional. I was going for a Ghost in the Shell kind of look. I might jump back into 3DS Max and give it more of a torn flesh look. I originally had the metal chromed out, but it was too much for my computer to handle. lol
[edit] My computer handles it fine, I just had vertex colors flagged in nifskope.
