Despite the civil war winding down, disarmament is not on the horizon due to the brush fires still simmering, and the ominous signs that the Legion top brass see indicating that the White Gold Concordat is merely an interbellum. So this Decanus and his unit might as well keep their teeth cut upon Stormcloak true believers and the opportunistic brigands that crept in during the war.
