Found an ENB that actually looks nice All the time :O, a bit darker then I like but that's easy to fix with Imaginator :). I still need to upgrade my HD4890 though >.> lols.

    It's just the HD4890 that's holding me back , once I slap a 7k Series *7870+* I'll be good to go lol...its saving that cash and deciding which 1 to get that's the Real issue lols, but ya I like this ENB, though I think the heavy SMAA is hitting my FPS the most so I think I'll see about adjusting that.
