I found it recently ingame, it was near Falkreath Watchtower if I remember correctly...

Seeing as how I like dead stuff, smashing dead stuff with dead stuff to obtain more dead stuff sounds like a very fun thing to do... Me want!

(there are Spriggan-heads on sticks which would look impressive as a similar weapon...)
