A character that I feel need's a questline, You get hints of an abandoned quest in the letter and the suggestion there is another witch and she is inviting her niece to form a coven, she should have been available as a teacher and the an alternative route through magicka progression for the warlock's and witche's, Shame she was left as little more than a piece of furniture with a useless cabin Anise should have been so much more, Also I feel that the faction allegience for the witch faction should have enabled Vampire, wolf and bear alliance and hidden coven's of Aundea vampire's who fled morrowinds disaster. endorsed for bringing this neglected character to the image section but it's not very Chivalrouse battering an old lady dear.
