Each piece is like a layer. They can be combined. Easily able to mix-n-match these various fireball parts to create more powerful and unique looking fireball variations.

    I don't have anything against the vanilla effects, but EVE for Skyrim would surely be interesting

    YOu will probably see these in Skyrim sometime after the CK tools are released.
    For now i'll just replace some vanilla spells in game to keep testing.
