   Its either the freshmen from the mages college doing rush week dares, or those pesky kids running around Whiterun without adult supervision. They went from heckling strangers to tagging the local farmers cows with grafitti. Whats next? Civil war, dragons, as if the local Jarl doesnt have enough on his plate. Now he will have to form a gang taskforce from the undermotivated guards to try and nip this in the bud.

   Oh, i see... This one had a mind of his own. No farmer nor anything, and i really mean it, it started running like hell, i couldn't catch it with my horse. like a turbo cow!

   Yeah, he said he painted the cow so the giants recognize it as an offering. Upon following he indeed brought the cow to a camp of giants. They didn't really care though.

   The blue cows I've seen usually had a farmer with them who was taking them as offerings to the giants.

   A farmer was taking it to the giants as an offering. It's in the vanilla game.
