Thaiden
"What about your mission? Are abandoning your search for a way to stop the dragons?"

Ma'Kara
"Certainly not. I am just changing my plan, I need to get to the College of Winterhold. There will be more information there."

Thaiden
"Won't you need a guid, I thought you didn't know Skyrim very well?"

Ma'Kara
"Our contract ended the moment we got to High Hrothgar, besides I thought you wanted to get away from me."

Thaiden
"I don't mind guiding you to Winterhold, but don't get soft on me, I still hate mages but at least you fight more like a warrior.

Ma'Kara and Thaiden planned out their route for Winterhold and shared a drink, as well as stories of their past adventures. Ma'Kara's travels as a mage made Thaiden speechless at times for what she has seen, while Thaiden's adventures and battles made Ma'Kara wish she learned more of the sword. At some point although worlds apart a friendship was sparked between the warrior and the sorceress. For the first time in ages the small dinning hall of High Hrothgar was filled with laughter.
