sorry i mispelled the name of the author
it was caliente body mod and you can easily find it on the top 100 mod files

It is Caliente, not cliente.
It is also called CBB or CBBE for short, along with mods that have been made to work with it.
Just do a search for CBB

download bella face mod,cliente body mod,no blocky face mod and coolsims hair pack.
you can make your own character it just happen that this is how i want my character to look like.
