hes useing the Final Fantasy 13 Lightning Mod, the face and hair are actually the wooden mask. put the wooden mask on and poof face and hair. It comes with the whole outfit and weapons, the outfit is the jester clothing but looks like a loli white dress. you might want to get Craftable Unenchanted Unique Armors and Weapons Uploaded by nixaguy as it will allow you to make a enchantable version of the wooden mask.
