A little mod im working on which aims to completely change skyrim\'s environment into a tropical/desert climate.
For those who have been asking, yes this will replace skyrims landscape rather than create any new lands. The reason i have chosen to take this approach is to save time. At the present, I don't have the time to create an entire new land filled with quests, npc's, monsters, items, dungeons, cities, etc.
So by replacing assets already in the game i can focus purely on the environment and the "aesthetics" of the mod, rather than work on quests/nps's/towns as they are already there. :)
I will also try to make the installation process as simple as possible so players can easily toggle this mod on and off.

    This Winterhold would thus become Summerfold.

    Those mammoths? They can be reworked into elephants or Mumakil.

    not really my cup of tea but I can definitely tell you've put a lot of time and effort into this. it successfully looks like a whole different game, y'know I might have even mistaken it for crysis for a split second. anyway, great job on this and good luck with whatever you're gonna do with it.

    female armors shouldnt be that of a problem most of them already are very "tropical"
    Thank you very much for this cool thing. I cant wait to travel through this oh and by the way, you could do a "quest" you go to a special gate and after using it, you will be teleported to another "dimensen". A dimension where Skyrim is a tropical paradise This way, it should be very easy to use^^

    Well im thinking of retexturing some of the buildings so that they blend in better. As for the armor, im probably going to try and find some lore friendly armors on the nexus to replace the existing armor. Provided they suit the climate of course . If i can find some suitable monsters to add i would love to do that as well (seeing wooly mamoths walking across a desert just dosnt seem right xD)

    This looks amazing. I'd love to play my game with this on. A whole new experience.
    Do you plan to expand it onto other aspects aswell ? (for example, people would look dumb wearing those warm armors in the tropical heat)
