still lacking a lot of the detail that is to come, but this image should give the general idea of where I'm going with this armor.

    Interesting. It looks kind of samurai-ish, with those plates on the theighs there. I always liked the idea of a 1 shoulder armor piece. It makes more sense for it to be on the right arm for a right handed weapon as well. But if your character is left handed, it would be good to have a version with it on the left side, however the masses are right handed, so really no need to make a left handed version, and plus I don't think it'd play a purpose in the game anyway since you can't really change your stance from the right to the left, it's by default right.

    I don't remember why the single pauldron would be on which shoulder... Do you have it on the left shoulder (shield arm) for added armor on that side and less armor on your sword arm (for more dexterity), or do you have it on the right where you don't have a shield and hence need armor?
