I posted a reply but It seems it is gone with the wind..
The eyes are simply the first stage of equipping a mod. Link : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31140
When I equip it, the eyes start to glow first and after a second, the whole armor appears so I cannot have only the eyes, YET!
I have posted a Mod request to try and see if anyone is willing to make only the eyes glow.
The armor itself is the "nordic carved armor" from the Dragonborn DLC.
The hood is from "winter is coming - Cloaks"
