   bad pic. i f you play with a enb, you can control this with the fog parameters in the enbseries.

   This is at high hrothgar btw. So there isn't a fix or way to make this less mmmmm odd?

   It's not a mod, it's the edge of the cell, bethsoft obviously never expected the average gamer to go up real high and start taking images of the horizons, just like Fallout.
