She is a modified Epic Elf with the following cosmetic mods: Envision Face (Large Lips for CBBE), the Chargen Morpf from Nuska Real Skin for Women, Seductive Lips HD, The Eyes of Beauty, Improved Freckles Skyrim, Alternative Nude Texture for CBBE, and the Vampire Face Fix (She is a vampire) and about 7 different hair mods so I don't remember which one this is from.
