She's an Ashen, and yes, she's oriental, back-story being one of the few surviving humans from Akavir, designed more after a traditional kunoichi than a straight-up combat character. Immersive Creatures works for me with the DLCs, though mind you, a lot of crashes are caused by animation mods and custom skeletons. Always ensure you do not use PC Exclusive Animation paths, that crashes 100% now in DLC and DLC-related stuff. Also be sure to use FNIS after installing any animation mods whatsoever, helps with compatibility issues.
That's from the Immersive Creatures mod, found it waiting for me in a dungeon where you would normally face a Draugr Death Lord at the end of it. Instead I had this creature and a Spirit Atronach waiting for me.
