He is wearing full Wolf Armor from Whiterun, though I sharpened its textures somewhat thanks to "Bethesda induced blurry texture syndrome".

go for a HD texture replacer for that armor.
sharpen only makes the armor look gritty which kinda fits but does not fit the WHOLE armor.
