   It's from SkyMoMod v12, though it already was in ther since v9 or v10 i think.
   The creature is called "Abomination" in game. I never really played STALKER, so I wouldn't know.
   It's possible, that this is a retexture. I'm using a Automatic Variants Package for SkyMoMod, so I'm not sure about that.
