   took me ages to get them all... nice end quest though in a sort of closure type of way

   Its in Labyrinthian, inside one of the buildings. You find a wooden dragon priest mask, and when you put it on it sends you back in time. Put all eight masks onto the shrine and you unlock a ninth, more powerful mask. Well, its supposed to be more powerful at least.
