   as far as i can tell.... u can just get it with console codes.
   
   player.additem (code)
   
   00088952 - nocturnal robe
   00088954 - nocturnal hood
   
   when u enter the code it tells that the item has been added but wont show up in your inventory
   you have to type another code to equip it..
   
   player.equipitem (code)
   
   i hope someone will make a mod for it and also fix its slight clipping issues.
