That makes me wonder why something like Battle Fatigue was never added to the game. Like maybe some form of out of breath sound (not like the one from water), and maybe some kind of sweat dripping animation from 1st person.
That sounds like something that belongs in the mod Wet & Cold. I'll go suggest it, just in case it's a good idea.
