   Yes, this bug annoys me to no end, it ruins characters that would otherwise be good-looking. I really hope it will be fixed...Well, at least it doesn't affect player characters and is just a few npcs. Unless you use invisibility - but that can be fixed with restarting the game.

   The eyelashes make them look crosseyed. At first I wondered if some of the Altmer males were crosseyed, then I saw the eyelashes. This really needs to get patched.

   I'm not running any mods. They look like this on both my X-Box and PC.

   Well, yet another reason to not play as Altmer. Good thing I never really like them. They also look a little bit cross eyed... Do the Altmer promote inbreeding or something?

   Hmm are you running any mods that alter the character/actor meshes? Or did you use the setrace console code? It looks like the eyelash mesh is not adhering to the conformulated facial mesh.

   Looking at the eyes themselves, I think the eyelashes are the least of their worries...
   Why are they so confused?
