Alanna was greatful one of the residents knew hairstyling close to what she was used to. Alanna had gone to Ren's for years in her old life. She always favored the #17 ponytail as it allowed her to keep her long hair she loved but also kept it out of her way. Alanna thought that Bloodysunday was an odd name for a hairdresser, but she wanted to thank him again for the hairstyle.

After a very unsettling experience inside one of the worshiped entity's artifacts called Azura's Star, Alanna is back out into the world and ready to continue helping these people against the dragon threat. Standing there on the stark outcropping and surveying the land, she can't miss the similarity between this area and the planet Hoth she visited during History class. While the residual force aura was missing, it had a sense of familiarity that was comforting.

Approached by both the Stormcloak rebels and the Imperial legion for assistance, she is hesitant to join either without more research. Initially, her first impulse was that the two factions reminded her of the galactic war in the past. Over the course of her travels, she is discovering that the legion isn't as bad as the empire and the Stormcloakss aren't noble idealists like the rebellion. It also seems as if the Aldmeri Dominion is the real enemy so she never misses an opportunity to confront their cold arrogance on the road. After dealing with them a few times, she notices a significant increase in her force lightning power. She must stay vigilant because she knows her anger at them was the source of the increase. Alanna had always had a natural ability to use dark side powers without being seduced by them, but over-confidence was dangerous.
